Nicodemus was a Pharisaic Jewish member of the Sanhedrin, and a teacher of the people. He met with Jesus one evening because he had heard Jesus speak and had seen him perform miracles. During the visit, Nicodemus proclaimed to Jesus that he was convinced that Jesus was a man of God. Jesus’ Jesus told him, that no one can see the kingdom of God without being born in a new way. It was one of the most remarkable conversations in the whole New Testament because in 25 words the Lord gave us His heart, His plan for salvation, and His desire for our life. John 3:16 is the basis for the whole of Christianity.

Or Are They Created?
One would think that asking such a question is beyond absurd, yet if you truly look at all the facts, then one must consider the idea that maybe, just maybe there is no such thing as an original author. After all, unless you can verify that you sat down next to someone writing or typing an article from start to finish, how can you honestly testify that the one claiming to write something, indeed did?

This is one the most fascinating short videos I have seen in awhile. I love dolphins, and as such I have always been fascinated by their behavior towards humans. Yet, when I ran across this video, I found myself watching it over and over again.
Book Review
Besides being an avid reader of Christian literature, I am also a history buff, so I love learning about different cultures and how they came about. Yet, regardless of how cultures around the World and throughout history are different, I am always amazed at how similar the people truly are. My faith in God has always allowed me to see those similarities, and this book helps reiterate my belief that God created us all to be one people under The One true GOD.

Matthew 4:12 part 3
Nicodemus is one of the known teachers of the day. He is called a ruler and thus a Rabbi and one of the 70 members of the Sanhedrin. The Sanhedrin was the supreme council of the Jews who met within Jerusalem's temple in a place known as the chamber of hewn stones (although they sometimes met in the house of the High Priest). There is a high probability that he was a contemorary of Saul of Tarsus. While we cannot veryfy that, nor could we veryfy they knew of eachother before Jesus was crucified. One day we may know if they did, but not while we are in this World.
Upon hearing of Jesus, and how he performed miracles and taught with authority, Nicodemus felt the need, or mayb e was complelled by the Hioly Spirit to seek out and meet Him. Imagine a professional Scholar, obne of the best of his field and another shows up who is better. A true proffesional will always seek out those who may be as good if not better than themsleves. So it only made sense he would seek this Jesus fellow out.
